There are a wide range of flooring options (exotic hardwoods, marble, tile, and carpet). The exterior siding can be wood (pine or cedar), Hardiplank - a concrete based siding that is designed to look like wood siding, or cultured stone. The interior siding can be wood or drywall. The large double door can be replaced with 3 bay windows for an even more outstanding playhouse!
